Each Bella Kurls hair extension set includes a tester sample piece so you can review the length, color, and texture before opening your sealed package.

Need to request a return, exchange, or cancellation? You can easily submit your request through our store’s return and cancellation request option. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending any items back.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the security seal remains intact and the hair extensions have not been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with.

Because human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages or items with a broken security seal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

All styling tools, apparel, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
