Each set includes a tester/ sample piece for you to view length, color and texture. You can exchange or refund your order within 30 days as long as the security seal has not been broken and they have not been opened or worn. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us prior to sending your hair extensions back for full details & address information. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, therefore we do not allow open items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
