Exchange & Return Policy

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can exchange or refund your order within 30 days as long as the security seal has not been broken and they have not been opened or worn. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

All full sets of Bella Kurls clipin curly hair extensions come with a tester piece for you to view length, color and texture. You can take out this piece to determine if the set is a good match. Please note that the tester piece is part of the full set, and is required to be shipped back with your order (in its original form) for a refund or exchange.

 

What is the purpose of the tester piece?

We understand that it can be hard to determine your perfect color match from a computer screen. Your package will include a full set of Bella Kurls clipin curly hair extensions along with a mini bag holding your tester piece. You can take out this piece to determine if the set is a good match.

Your tester piece will be a 2 clip weft and should be used for color, length & texture comparison purposes only. Please open the tester piece in the mini bag prior to opening the sealed hair package. If it's the right match, you may open the main package and enjoy your clipins! If it's not a good match, then initiate an exchange or a return for your order. 

Please do not tamper with the tester weft in any way. This includes dyeing, toning, cutting, curling, straightening, and washing. As a reminder, the tester piece should be included in your returned set for any exchanges or refunds.

 

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please contact us prior to sending your hair extensions back for full details & address information. To initiate an exchange or a return please email us at info@bellakurls.com with your order number and Subject Line: Start a Return for Order #XXXX.

 

Why are Bella Kurls clipin curly hair extensions non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

This is why we include a tester piece to help you determine whether or not the color, length and texture is the right match for you, before having to fully commit to the set.

 

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Bella Kurls will not be responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.  A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened or tampered with which is protected by a security seal.

 

When will I receive my refund?

A refund will be provided to the original form of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened or tampered with. Once your extensions have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to up to 3-5 business days once delivered.
