How long does shipping take?

We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) from our warehouse in Miami, FL. Consider these factors when calculating your estimated delivery date.

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it will take for us to prepare your order for shipping. It may take 5-7 business days to process and ship the order. Ordering an item that is currently on back order will take 14-21 business days to process and ship out.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to deliver to your shipping address. Orders in the USA deliver within 1-3 business days after an order has shipped. International orders (outside the USA) deliver within 5 business days after an order has shipped.
Delivered but not delivered disclaimer.
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers (USPS or FedEx) in order to investigate this issue.  We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. Bella Kurls offers priority mail with signature confirmation for an additional $3.00 which can be purchased at checkout.

Do I have to pay taxes, customs, or duties on my order?

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Bella Kurls.
